How Engine Trackhub handles contact, booking, and migration-planning information under German and EU data protection law.

Controller

Engine Trackhub is the controller for personal data handled through this website and our consultation practice. Contact: info@engine-trackhub.digital; Level 8, 73 Große Gallusstraße, Frankfurt am Main 60311.

Data we collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email, message, consultation interest, destination, salary range, household facts, and preferred timing. For confirmed work, we also keep appointment, invoice, payment-status, correspondence, and consultation records. We ask you not to send passports, tax identifiers, bank account credentials, health records, or unrelated confidential documents.

Basic technical logs, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and timestamp, may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the website. Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser.

Why and on what basis we process data

We process inquiries and booking details to take steps at your request and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoice and tax records are kept to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Limited security logs and business correspondence may be processed for legitimate interests in protecting the site, preventing misuse, and handling claims (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional analytics, if introduced, will rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to people who need the information for scheduling, consultation delivery, accounting, or technical support. Hosting, email, file-storage, and accounting providers may process data under contract. Authorities or professional advisers receive information only where legally required or reasonably necessary to establish or defend a claim.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

We prefer providers that process information in Germany or the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we use an approved safeguard such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where appropriate. Details relevant to your information are available on request.

Retention

Unconverted inquiries are normally deleted within 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Working consultation material is normally removed within 24 months after delivery unless you request earlier deletion and no overriding duty applies. Contracts, invoices, and tax-relevant records are retained for the periods required under German commercial and tax law. Security logs are generally retained for no more than 30 days unless an incident requires longer investigation.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

To exercise a right, email info@engine-trackhub.digital. We may need proportionate information to confirm identity, but we will not request more than necessary.

Automated decisions and required information

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Some information is needed to answer an inquiry or deliver a booked session; without it, we may be unable to provide a meaningful budget.
