We review base pay, reliable bonuses, pension contributions, relocation allowance, paid leave, transport support, and probable take-home pay. Each role receives a city-specific housing and commuting range. Benefits with no practical value to you are not counted as cash.
Scope
The session covers two employed roles, two locations, and one household. You receive a 75-minute online call and a concise decision sheet. Equity valuation, contractor taxation, and detailed pension analysis are outside the scope; if those dominate either package, we will say so before booking.
