Terms of service

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to engine-trackhub.digital and to consultations supplied by Engine Trackhub. By requesting or purchasing a consultation, you agree to the version provided when the booking is confirmed. A contract begins when we confirm the scope, appointment, and fee in writing.

2. Nature of our work

We provide educational salary and household cost planning for people considering or preparing a move to Germany. Figures are estimates based on the information you provide and sources reasonably available at the time. We do not provide tax, legal, immigration, investment, insurance-brokerage, or regulated financial advice.

You remain responsible for employment, housing, visa, tax, and spending decisions. Payroll deductions, rents, exchange rates, eligibility rules, and household costs can change. Where a regulated or case-specific opinion is needed, consult an appropriately qualified professional or public authority.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, relevant information, check written assumptions, attend at the agreed time, and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive records. Documents should be redacted where names, account details, identification numbers, or confidential employer information are not needed. You must have permission to share any third-party information.

4. Fees, payment, and booking

Fees and included scope are shown on the fees page or in a written quote. VAT is included where stated. Payment is due by the date on the invoice. We may postpone a session where payment has not arrived. The website does not process payments.

5. Changes, cancellation, and refunds

Rescheduling, cancellation, deposits, no-shows, and refunds are governed by our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement, fees paid for the undelivered service will be refunded.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

Website text, consultation frameworks, worksheets, and written summaries belong to Engine Trackhub or their stated rights holders. You may keep and use a purchased summary for your own household decision. You may not sell, publish, reproduce at scale, remove attribution from, or use our material to provide a competing service without written permission.

You retain ownership of material you provide. You grant us the limited right to use it only to deliver the requested service, maintain required business records, and resolve disputes.

7. Availability and acceptable use

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the site, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or misuse forms.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty and only for damage typical and foreseeable when the contract was made.

We are not responsible for decisions made from information that was incomplete, inaccurate, or materially changed after the consultation. No particular salary, tenancy, visa result, savings level, or relocation outcome is guaranteed.

9. Consumer rights

Mandatory rights under German and EU consumer law remain unaffected. If you request that a service begin during a statutory withdrawal period, we may ask for express consent and acknowledgment concerning services already performed.

10. Governing law and disputes

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while mandatory protections of a consumer’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected. Statutory courts have jurisdiction. We prefer that concerns first be sent to info@engine-trackhub.digital so we can attempt a direct resolution.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@engine-trackhub.digital. We may update these terms for future bookings; changes do not retrospectively alter a confirmed contract unless required by law or agreed with you.
